This clears up the confusion about whether it was Riggi or Farina who replaced Sferra as captain, with there being a meeting where Farina was explicitly promoted to captain of Sferra's old crew.
- The meeting with Mike Mandaglio and DeCavalcante and/or this general association could explain why the FBI mistakenly believed Mandaglio was a possible DeCavalcante member for a time.
