The three Adragna brothers were made into three different families. George was a Pittsburgh member, Joseph was an NYC member, and Vito was a Pittsburgh associate who became a San Jose member.
I believe all of the brothers grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Joseph Adragna stayed in Brooklyn and was described by at least two non-NYC member informants as a made member who belonged to a "Brooklyn" NYC family. The informants don't specify what family Joseph belonged to in NYC and I haven't seen him on any lists for NYC families.
The family came from Trapani province and lived in Williamsburg, so in all likelihood Joseph was a Bonanno member. The Adragnas also lived in the same building as some Mangiaracinas, a name connected to the early Bonannos.
Curious what anyone has on Joseph Adragna in NYC. The Adragna brothers are worth mentioning as a whole too given the rarity of three brothers being in three different families.
