He was a courier/conduit for the skim money. He was also affiliated with KC as the Civellas were his uncles.

Thanks for the responses, gentlemen. So you guys believe the guy on the right in the photo could be Anthony Chiavola, Sr? Was he known to be involved in some capacity with the Vegas Skim specifically or just money distribution?

Does anyone know who the man on the far right that they're meeting with is? He's supposed to be from Chicago and this involves the Vegas Skim.
