Hi guys, I was reading some older articles by George Anastasia and came upon some about Scarfo, Pelullo, and the First Plus case. One article George wrote was speaking about how they were planning on appealing the verdict. This article was in 2014 and George didn’t really write much about the possible appeal afterwards. So, I decided to see if I could find anything online and found these two articles from 2017:

I can’t read the full articles because I don’t have a subscription but I was curious if any of you knew anything new about the case? It seems they might have been getting some where but who knows. It's crazy Pelullo's lawyer was under investigation during the First Plus case.
(Also, this isn't relevant but I thought it was sort of funny considering the way Pelullo acted before and during the trial: Scarfo's release date is 12/9/2037 and Pelullo's is 12/20/2037. I guess he either got in trouble or Scarfo is behaving better?)
