It´s not dead. It has evolved. The Mafia is still alive and active. At least in New York. Murder is not a priority any longer though and killing off rats who has already given testimony has never been a frequent occurrence.

Just like Gravano and that bastard with the car wash reality show,he needs whacked. If this was 30 years ago i bet nobody would be living out in the open,LCN in the U.S. is dead.
