He said it in his book "Blood Oath". Still I don't think a consigliere nonetheless would handle something like a murder by himself. Knowing Caponigro, it's certainly possible, but I still think someone else did the actual shooting, like Salerno or someone.

I remember reading , George freselone saying if Anthony caponigro wanted somebody dead , believe you me he did himself
