Are there 2 Joe Pecoras? One is the guy you refer to as Jo Jo and the other one is from Jersey right?

Jo Jo Pecora, made by John LaRocca, and would have probably been named Boss if he didn't take a fall. He was Michael's Under Boss when he came home.

Henry Zottola, Made by Michael Genovese and was Michael's #1 guy after Chuckie Porter flipped.

So... Can u be a little more clear if u can about who wango and zebo are lol? Jojo was a admin of pittsburgh right? I remmember seeing that name before.

LV...Wango ran junkets to the Hacienta from his office in downtown Pittsburgh. Zebo worked some of these then it was Jo Jo's legit job while he was on "paper" when he came home from Lexington.

Yeah, it was mainly Philadelphia. The key union was obviously HEREU Local 54. But Leonetti also talked about them using their connections to the construction unions during the building phase. At the same time, according to Freselone, the NY families had a big piece of the construction in return for Scarfo getting Local 54. Although the Genovese got a piece of that too for assisting him. Anyway, the mob didn't have any hidden ownership or skimming in AC casinos. There was some involvement in ancillary services.

Was it just philly running the unions? For atlantic city.

Atlantic city wasn't owned the same way as lv was but I'm sure they had parts involved w there as well as havana

I dont doubt the impeccable resources and info here, I just find it very interesting that 3 of the most powerful bosses in the entire country especially in the 50's and 60's had no stake in LV casinos a town the mob built? any thoughts?
