He gave information on the entire Colombo family, their activities, and the same for many members of other families. especially in South Brooklyn. This gave LE leads for a number of investigations.

When Alphonse Persico was a fugitive up in Connecticut - America's Most Wanted had a forensic sculpture done to mimic what he would like. Howver I always wondered was that a ruse to the American public when Scarpa who was close to the Persicos' secretly gave him up?
