I would think someone described as an "underboss" would at least make it on our radar here in this forum. Doesn't make any sense that he would be called an underboss.
Also, back in December when his name first came up by Capeci in a Gangland article, where he called him an associate, Tag and someone else said the name should be Palmieri, the more common Italian surname, intimating that she knew who this guy was, possibly? Either way, this whole story is still an enigma.
