When did "Operation Silver Shovel" begin in Chicago?
In the Early 1990's if I remember correctly. Since 2014 they cracked down pretty hard on Illegal Dumping. The City started before that but it got real tight since 2014.

If you don't go to the Birthday Parties, Christmas Parties in the Chicagoland Area - You aren't doing business in the Area as well as it could be for you.

Just fact of over 100 years of Business here in Chicago.

Not necessarily related to this but the Village of Oak Lawn posts their minutes online. I found this meeting (dated January 10, 2017) interesting because one of the village trustees asks the Economic Development Specialist if he "went to John DiFronzo's birthday party." He also reveals that D&P Construction (owned by the DiFronzos) contributed $1,000 to the Village President's campaign.

She was president of her street’s block club, a tight-knit community of neighbors who looked out for each other.
