He reconnected with Michael Franzese back in the late '90s/early '00s if I recall correctly. Kenny Gallo recalled in his book that it was no secret Sonny was visiting Michael by the early 2000s.
John Franzese Jr. was the one who flipped on his dad, then his dad forgave him and brought him back into the fold, then Junior flipped once again and actually wore a wire against his pop. Sonny expressed a desire to kill him to Guy Fatato, who was also wearing a wire.

Just off the top of my head: Anthony and Albert Scibelli, Al Bruno, Felix Tranghese.

The area was originally controlled by Sam Cufari, and his assistant Francesco Scibelli. Can anyone provide a full listing of the names and the amount of men (reputed as well as, documented members and associates), in the group?

From the original group based on the lower Manhattan waterfront that Joseph (Joe Socks) Lanza had. That was said to be taken over Rosario (Sarò) Mogavero & Rocco Pellegrino, then taken over by Joseph (Joe Beck) Lapi. Can anyone provide a solid listing of members/associates connected to this group? It would be very interesting. There is never very much written about this particular group.

Re; can anyone provide a comprehensive/full list of members/associates in John (Sonny) Franzese’s group during his heyday of the late 1950’s-1970’s. And then again after he was released the first time from his bank robbery bit in late 1978.

Can anyone provide a comprehensive list of reputed members/Associates connected in the Utica NY area.
Both during and after the Falcone “era”. For instance, in the year 2018, is there still a presence to speak of. I know Carcone was said to have become a force.

yeah I wonder what someone like Dom Cirillo's day to day is like?

hes definitely up there in age...going to be 90 next year? i forget who maybe it was PizzaBoy, used to say on the other boards that Dom is essentially retired and moved from the Bronx to Long Beach LI and just hangs out at a bar on the main drag there all day.

i wish I could find the article but years and years ago I remember reading a "profile" peice on Dom...maybe it was in the NY Sun when Capeci was writing there? that gave some great info on him. quoted cops / feds that investigated him. something that stuck out to me was that when they were tailing him, he would wake up in the morning, stop at a bakery, and drive down to East Harlem to bring pastries to and have coffee with older relatives. i thought jesus how much older can these relatives be? because at that point he was in his 70s. it also said he claimed to have been a retired something or other, surviving off a $500 social security check each month

was Dom's position as "messenger" overstated? i took it as he was a messenger who met with other families, yet with all the rats from that late 80s / early 90s era we dont have anyone talking about meets with him? was his position as an internal messenger? relaying messages from Gigante to other admin members and capos?

That's one of the weird things about Scarfo. He required Philly-based members to participate in murders in order to get made but this didn't seem to apply to North Jersey and some other guys outside of Philly proper. Sparacio was originally from Camden, which produced many violent members, and he was old enough to have easily participated in some kind of little-known murder or serious violence over the years, but he was also very close to Scarfo's cousin Tony Piccolo going back many years which may have factored in. He also may have been proposed under Angelo Bruno so his induction was already in motion before Scarfo took over. Aside from his long history with gambling, all I know is that Sparacio was involved in a safe burglary in the 1950s.
