I am 1000% positive that the house that is on the market is Johnny Chang’s house. Schratweiser just had his info wrong with regards to saying it was Joey’s house. That said, maybe Joey’s house is on the market or he’s trying to put it on the market (hence why he’s asking the judge to release it from his bail collateral package). But in terms of the online listing - that’s definitely Johnny Chang’s house. Joey Merlino does in fact also have a house that looks very similar to Chang’s house about 5 doors down from Chang’s on the same street on the opposite end of the street on the corner lot and it is in his wife’s (Debbie) name. If you ever walk by it, it has security cameras aimed at every entrance and angle like its Fort Knox or something. Also, for what it’s worth, it’s always looked like it’s just sitting there empty and uninhabited. Has a bit of maintenance and landscaping to do before he tries to sell it unless someone tended to it in the last month or so...
