They're definitely preparing indictments from what I heard through a friend of mine who is an Aliquippa, PA cop. He wouldn't say anything else about it except that they are getting their ducks in a row to bring charges. I'm interested to see if Frank Unis Jr is tied up with this, he was the largest bookmaker in Beaver County for the Pittsburgh LCN during its heyday and he is still operating quite a few rackets.
