Thanks for posting this Snakes. There is some interesting stuff in there that helped me clear up some things.
It´s not Danny Marino. Danny Marino had a criminal record by 1965 (assault on the FBI agent in connection with the funeral of Camillo Lombardozzi) and Danny was never identified as made in the 1960s. As you can see in the report, it says the subject had no record and was identified as a made member. It´s clear though that the subject was a member of Carmine Lombardozzi´s crew, so my guess is that the subject is Joseph "Joe the Ox" Marino or Philip John Modica (judging by the fact that all subjects are placed in alphabetical order). I don´t know when that report was processed and obtained, but Modica may be still alive today which could explain why the name is redacted.
The second name could very well be Panarella.
