According to the book Hitman written by Howie Carr. Indian Al killed Paulie Folino who was being protected by Angiulo.

Was Vinny Ferrara part of the Angiulo's group? I think that there is a picture of him hanging out with Whitey at the Lancaster street garage. I think Ferrara eventually retired from the mob

ya the indians brothers were booking and not kicking up to jerry. something else happend to i forgot. jerry passed the order to winter hill and they killed like 2 or 3 brothers and some inncoents. like that bookie chico in the80tys that got caught on tape saying whitey and flemmi couldnt hold vinny frrera jock strap. flemmi was always talking shit about the mafia but why was he constanly around them till he got arrested in 95. they were bascially 1 and the same
