I think guys like Scarpa and Casso are called "Long Term Boarders". there are 144 of these guys across the Feds in RRMs. They could be security concerns(rats) like Casso or guys with various health conditions,special circumstances, etc.

Has nothing to do with Minnesota. It has to do with the fact he is at an RRM, which is where most inmates go before being released, but not for all prisoners. Former rats like Casso, who got dumped by the feds are sent here.For protection basically. Greg Scarpa Jr is at a Kansas City RRM.

does anyone think the CI who started this case could of been bowat?

he supposedly wasnt earning much and i remmember PB saying he thought the rat was a Bronx guy who hasnt been indicted

They put guys like casso and scarpa in RRM for a reason. Other inmates in RRM are about to be released, they're not gonna fuck up their freedom by going after a former rat who the feds dumped.

that londonio escape attempt thing sounded like bullshit. and now they're trying to charge the kid cassano with attempted murder for knocking on a guy's door? some of these guys are getting railroaded to try to flip them on the higher ups...but why bother?

the higher ups, and some capos included...itd be much more profitable for the govt to keep them on serving life on the installment plan, instead of banging them out with a long sentence and having them die in jail. i mean they already had the one big murder in this indictment sewed up from a previous indictment on just londonio and the black guy alone.

what are they trying to do here? put madonna and crea away for good?
