.... to tranadol and caffeine...

In the last times the Isis leaders was desperate so give the pills and other drugs to the soldiers so they will continue to fight and don't think that would be better escape.

Lol. You couldn't pay an addict in the u.s to even take tramadol. Shit is the equivalent of taking a ibuprofen 800mg.. literally a tylenol3 with codeine is stronger than tramadol. It's like a fake opiate.

As it says in the text guys, when Tramadol is mixed with caffeine, it takes away the pain, fear and changes the senses, that should be why the soldiers want it.

Its the same with the nazi soldiers and the pervitin;a soldier that use drugs can't feel sleep and fatigue, in some cases the drug does not make you feel remorse and you can fight for days.In the Isis there are no soldiers but men read to die and the drug help when you must kill yourself.
