Any idea on who the guy from Brooklyn is ?
Anthony Graziano IIRC.

From all that has come out it is Little Allie Boy. He was the driving force behind the Wild Bill Cutolo murder, the attempt on Joe Campanella, the plot against Lombardo and, like you said, installing DeLeo as the Street Boss. It was also once said that he was installed as Official Boss in 2001 around the same time as Peter Gotti but evidently that didn't happen. Carmine holds the title but it is his son who is functioning as the Official Boss. That is was what Carmine always wanted.

Who is Teddy's dad?

However 13 or 14 Capos were IDed two years ago (counting Lovaglio who flipped and Chilli who died) which is the same number of Capos that were under Massino before the family imploded. Stands to reason that some of these Capos replaced the ones in prison. If not that would mean the family has grown to 16 or 17 or more crews since Massinos reign which seems far less likely considering that several crews were disbanded towards the end of it. Remember back in 2013 the Bonannos were cought on tape talking about demoting several Capos.

3. Consiglieri: Anthony "Fat Anthony/Mr. Fish" Rabito/81

Capos:

2. Louis "Louie the Leg-Breaker" Civello Sr/65 – New Jersey
3. Joseph "Joe Desi" DeSimone/83 – Brooklyn
4. Joseph Grimaldi/46 - Brooklyn and Queens
5. Vito Grimaldi/76 - Brooklyn and Queens
6. Anthony "Little Anthony" Pipitone/45 – Brooklyn, Long Island and Queens
7. John Palazzolo/79 – The Bronx and Brooklyn
8. Joseph Sabella/52 – Bronx and Brooklyn
9. Nicholas "Nicky Mouth" Santora/74 (UI)/Vito Badamo/54 (IP) – Brooklyn and Long Island
10. John "Johnny Mulberry" Sciremammano/59 – Long Island
11. George Tropiano/66 - Staten Island
12. John "Porky" Zancocchio/58 – Brooklyn, Staten Island and Florida
I understand that Pogo only bases his chart off hard evidence, so I assume that DiFiore just hasn't been named since his release. Or maybe Pogo's heard otherwise regarding his position. I'd like to hear what he thinks regarding the position of DiFiore, as well as Vinny Badalamenti and that Bensonhurst crew. Because as I understand it, a capo for that crew isn't on the chart.

@Gohn: Concur regards teddy Persico jnr. If he stay's out of prison long enough.

Who knows regards Allie Boy vs Carmine. I'd suggest Carmine, as Allie was only acting for his father.
Hard to be acting locked up.
I assume he'll receive the crown when Carmine passes. For all the good it'll do him.

SonnyBlackstein wrote: Sun Nov 19, 2017 9:37 pm Good post Gohn.

Lombardo's a possibility but given his age and standing with the Persico's I doubt it.

I've always thought Baudanza has been a powerful figure and wondered why he hasn't been part of the admin for a long time.
This leads to doubting his standing with the Persico's. He's been a powerful Capo for many years and the Columbo's have scrapped the barrel instead of upping him.
I think the snake only, understandably, likes relatives in positions of power, Farese is married in.

I hear you regards Russo. The life hasn't been kind. But he appears to be a loyal standup guy. It wouldn't surprise me if he's still acting, unless retired due age.

Do we have any info on his son the capo? Photo etc.
Appreciate the info on the Russo family by the way. James Caan's a close friend as I'm sure you know. The Jew who wishes he was Italian ;)

I'm not sure about DeLuca's rep on the street. IIRC Conrad Ianello was recorded relaying a message to DeLuca to go fuck himself, he'll take what he wants, or try and stop him or something to that effect.

I'd suggest consig is related, blood or marriage. Seems to be the pattern.
I forgot about that beef with Ianniello. DeLucia's son was/is the secretary treasurer of a small construction union, and Ianniello sent some fat thug over and rough him up until he pissed himself. DeLucia didn't get any compensation for that, Ianniello was allowed to walk all over them.

Russo's last active son is William 'Billy' Russo, whose basically unknown. The feds investigated him in 2011 but nothing came from it. He attended some sitdowns with his dad. Can't find any photos of him, and Russo's such a common last name that I doubt you'll find anything on social media. Also, I think Andy's the godfather of Caan's son Scott, the star actor in Hawaii Five-O.

I believe the future of the family lies with Teddy Persico Jr. or William Russo, just because Carmine Persico got so paranoid after Vic Orena that he won't install anyone who isn't blood or a close friend.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on who has the more sway in the family, Carmine or Allie Boy? Allie Boy was the guy behind Ralph DeLeo's ascension to street boss, even though he was from New England or something and didn't really know any other mobsters - he was inducted only because he was friends with Allie Boy in prison.
