That's pretty fucked up, they'd do that. Straight pettiness IMO, how old is he now, and he's battling cancer last I heard, he may not even live out those 30 years, so why tack on 10 extra years just for shits and giggles? The government, or at least some of it's workers can be real scumbags sometimes.
