I would have to bet that JR Mousie is a junkie. He looks like one. And most of the people selling heroin out there are junkies themselves. With heroin going for $5 $10 a bag the exposure to law enforcement selling that shit is off the scales. Only people making money selling heroin are at the top of the food chain. The rest are junkies selling it for free heroin. They are the ones going to jail.
