Let's not forget Bill Bonanno who claimed the heads of the 4 other NY families (Profaci, Lucchese, Costello, and Anastasia), as well as bosses from Buffalo, Philadelphia, Chicago and Milwaukee, attended his making ceremony at a warehouse in Brooklyn.
What's funny is that both Bonannos give very questionable accounts of their making ceremonies. JB said that he was invited to dinner by a friend around his age, and when he got there a bunch of men from "different walks of life" including Maranzano were there. He says they did a toast and he knew he was with the family after that. JB downplays the ceremony, while Bill did the opposite and made his ceremony sound like a major Commission meeting.
By the way guys, I found this Philly administration chart from an old doc:
Boss - Angelo Bruno
Underboss - Philip Testa
Consigliere - Joseph Rugnetta
Messaggero/street boss - Ralph Natale
