There were some other deaths that happened after the C-War but may be related to it:

Saverio Pollaccia Masseria's consigliere who went to Chicago with Frankie Yale in 1924; disappeared 1932, Gentile says he and Vito Genovese brought him to Paul Ricca, who had him killed and buried the body somewhere. Sicilian.
John Giustra (May 10, 1931) - Known as "Silk Stockings" because he dressed well. Left coat in Nuova Villa Tammaro restaurant, found when police discovered Masseria's body; close friend of Carmelo LiConti and allegedly Al Capone; possibly a capodecina in the D'Aquila/Mineo/Scalise/Mangano Family and superior of Ettore Zappi, later a Gambino caporegime. Calabrian.
Carmelo LiConti (July 8, 1931) - Close friend of John Giustra and allegedly Al Capone, brother worked on the docks under Albert Anastasia. He was an undertaker. Calabrian.
