I don't think so: the original Italian spelling has to be "Infelice" for sure. It's a word that has a meaning in Italian, means "unhappy". "Infelise" doesn't exist in Italian, this spelling was probably formed in America due to the fact that people who don't speak Italian in some cases don't know that the "c" before a vocal is pronounced differently in Italian than in English. In Italian it sounds more or less the same as "ch" in the word "cheese", while people who don't know that could mistakingly read the "c" in "Infelice" in the same way as they would pronounce the sound "s".
