He was a co-d of mine. Claimed in our indictment he was a Gambino soldier, however, on Mafia takedown day they claimed he was a Columbo lol. But you know how those go. I always felt sorry for him because of the 22 years he did only to be found innocent in the end. I listened to about 3,000 hours of the discovery tapes (10,000 fucking hours worth) and heard what bullshit this wired up pedophile put him thru. Made me furious. Not to mention while he was playing rope a dope with Scott and Anthony, he was simultaneously yanking my chain. Telling me they stole everything from him and asking me to help him. Thank God I finally figured out the rat was full of shit and nothing he said was ever true and none of his promises ever materialized. But it was too late for me by then, I had been hooked by the mouth and didn't even realize it until 2 years later.
Fappiano & Anthony Bazzini were the only 2 defendants in our case to take it to trial. I'll never forget, on MLK Jr's birthday, the night before the trial was scheduled to begin, prosecutor offered both of them like a year or 18 months, they took it. They were each facing RICO charges and major time if convicted.
