The Michael Traficante numbers operation in Altoona used Detroit muscle to scare a small numbers writer in the area who was refusing to give his take to Traficante.

Small correction, based on the date, this was the wedding of Jack "Jack White" Giacalone, son of Anthony "Tony Jack". Jack "Jackie the Kid" Giacalone is the son of Vito "Billy Jack".
