while i certainly haven't lost much sleep over vinny being locked up in florence, him being moved is long overdue! there must be at least tens of thousands of criminals more deserving of a residence there!

it's pretty much the whole eastern kentucky/southern west virginia area that is in such shit shape. poverty sucks no matter what, but imo these rural towns have it alot worse than the urban areas just based off of geographic isolation if nothing else. when the mcdonald's and dollar store have no job openings, there are no jobs period. there's no public transportation at all, people literally just get stuck! lots of people without even the basics like electricity and running water, a whole different world!
