Here is that article from the Pittsburgh Press on the 1969 arrest of mobsters accused of getting kickbacks from the Teamsters. Detroit wiseguys were involved as well as NY wiseguys:

A blessing in disguise Cheech. If your grandma meant to you what mine meant to me, think of it as a passing of the torch. Her life will live on in your baby. And congrats on the baby, there is nothing on earth better than children.

Anyone else seen a capo in any other family stand up and rap about 'bitches and dough' covered in gold chains like some street corner low riding gangbanger?

The guys a Crip, not Cosa Nostra.

Detroits obviously different. But this is as far from old school LCN as it gets, as the forefathers imagined.

It's zero surprise this guy got shelved. Give Detroit its due, but this guy was a banger not LCN.

Imagine ANYONE in NYC seeing his TV show. TG got shelved for having a daughter bring a TV crew around. This guys dressed in gold, rapping like a hood and bringing his biker contacts for interviews.

What a farce.

Frankie the bomb was over 80s and served the family for almost 60 y,is welcome in any biker club on detroit and out the city, his son died of a suspect overdose or was killed by family man and was demoted only because was a good friend of the last boss died in 2012.
And he is not la cosa nostra ? More little more people flipped; his show sound crazy ? What about growing up Gotti what the gambinos gonna do to Pete and junior gotti ? For me frankie tried to enjoy and make fun of what remained of his life.
Furio,

Growing up gotti lol Pete is in jail for life and junior is busy battling John alite with his sister's and his little bitch boy Chris kasperoza I doubt that show effected either of them in the slightest. I will say this the bomb seemed genuine in that YouTube clip like that's who he really is seemed like a fun guy

I believe he was indicted with John LaRocca and other Pittsburgh guys back in the late 1960's or early 1970's

Coming from the guy who did the show pitch with him (some of his behavior was exaggerated and 'staged' for the camera), he did the whole thing as a 'fuck you' to Jackie for shelving him. He got off on knowing it pissed Jackie & Pete Tocco off. The only reason that 'pilot' episode (quasi sizzle reel) was available for public consumption on Youtube was because he had his crew post it (the L.A. production house we were working with were issed that he leaked the thing on line). He wanted to rub it in their face.
