I hear his son George is a Capo with the Westside.

But he really always wanted to be an architect.

The record also had a side note added to it that he married Rosaria Ruffino on July 28, 1907 in San Giuseppe Iato.
Some of the aliases that Troia was known to use was Elia Costanza, Lorenzo Salvatore and Salvatore Ruffino.

Thanks for posting. I can see that building being an "updated" (decades ago) version of the same location.

Nice, clear pic! Regarding the murder, the Trenton Evening Times described the building as a "small candy store," so I would bet the building is the same one.

This is the building at the site of the murder. I wasn't able to get into City records to see if its the actual building that was there when Troia was murdered. And it wasnt the kind of neighborhood to get out and start closely inspecting to see if anything was a later add on to an older structure.

That could be something worth researching as the Rockford contingent was involved in large scale heroin and cocaine importation/exportation that included contact with Buffalo, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Australia and Sicily.
