1: do you think Cleveland city had more than frank brancato as a captain?
2: how accurate is Youngstown. There is conflicting information and the fbi has contrasting reports on whether people were with Cleveland or Pittsburgh. The mallamo-Romeo org seemed to have members who later became official w CL or PB.
3: how prominent do you think the angersolas were in their time?

The Pennsylvania RR prior to the 1950's was the largest publicly traded corporation in the world, with a budget larger than that of the U.S. government. That changed in the 60's. In the 1980's manufacturing jobs were sent oversees which knocked out another industry. Coal is really the last vestige and that'll be gone within 40 years. To be fair, CL and PB have upgraded and survived but the smaller towns around it continue to decline. It is sad.

The info that went with the chart, as testified by Joseph Griffin, FBI field officer of Cleveland:

"The FBI recently convicted the last active made member of the Cleveland LCN Family for Federal narcotics violations. Even with the successful prosecution of the Cleveland Family, all it would take is one initiation ceremony to take in new members and the Cleveland Family would be back in business once more." - April 1988.

ahh I see by 88 Pittsburgh was expanding into cuyahoogA county... The 80s late 80s at that were a horrible time to start rebuilding from the ground up

I asked about this before and some people vaguely recall it. There was an FBI undercover sting operation where agents posing as NY Mafia members went to Cleveland and offered to make certain people, one was even a black guy. This was in the news, I remember it but fuck I can't find it. This would have been 90's.
