Joe Bonanno was made sometime between 1925 and 1929. Some lean toward the latter based on events/individuals he did not include in his book, but I'd put it somewhere in the middle. Just a guess.
Not sure if you want to keep it to old New York, but Angela Bruno was made in 1951 by his own admission. One or two informants contested this and said it was a little bit later, but I'll take Bruno's word. For perspective, Nicky Scarfo was made in 1954 or 1955.
Paul Castellano is one I've wondered about. Would assume he was brought in during the mid-late 1940s since we now know NY members were being inducted then.
