The report includes one of Nick Calabrese's 302s. I found it quite interesting. It contains what Calabrese was told by Jimmy LaPietra and John Fecarotta about the Daniel Seifert murder, an allegation that Buddy Ciotti killed his wife, and then what Nick knew about the Giancana murder.
Angelo LaPietra told Nick that the silencer used in the murder was made by himself (LaPietra), Frank Calabrese Jr and Ronnie Jarrett. The gun was then thrown away in the woods. LaPietra also told Nick, 'You're never too old to work like JB', which Nick interpreted to mean Accardo was involved in the murder.

It's a little hard to read, so this is my verbatim transcription of it:
SEIFERT came to his Bensenville factory along with his
wife and child. JIMMY LAPIETRA told the Source that the wife and
child were locked in the bathroom and SEIFERT was supposed to be
cuffed by SCHWEIHS. But SCHWEIHS did not cuff SEIFERT and SEIFERT
ran out of the factory. Someone outside of the factory shot
SEIFERT and knocked him down. FECAROTTA sid that the "little guy"
knocked him down. FECAROTTA made no mention of running around the
plant but FECAROTTA did indicate that he was in a police chase
where he drove down either Route 83 or York Road. The getaway car
driven by FECAROTTA sustained damage during the chase and may have
been a Chrysler. FECAROTTA did not tell the Source who was in the
getaway car with him. FECAROTTA told the Source that the car which
he was driving was parked in a garage in Melrose Park. The garage
was owned by an individual named BUDDY CIOTTI whose wife committed
suicide.
During a conversation with JOHN FECAROTTA, FECAROTTA told
the Source that BUDDY CIOTTI had gotten his wife (DERYL CIOTTI)
drunk and that it took a lot of "balls" for CIOTTI to do what he
did and that CIOTTI made it look like a suicide. The reason for
this had to do with a car that was stored in CIOTTI's garage. The
car was involved in the murder of DANIEL SEIFERT. The car was
placed in CIOTTI's garage and CIOTTI was worried that his wife
would say something to the authorities about the car.
SAM GIANCANA MURDER
June 19, 1975
ANGELO LAPIETRA was discussing the murder of SAM
GIANCANA. ANGELO LAPIETRA discussed the gun and silencer used in
the homicide. ANGELO LAPIETRA said that the silencer was one of
the silencers that he (ANGELO LAPIETRA), CALABRESE, SR. and JARRETT
had made. ANGELO LAPIETRA further made mention of the gun being
thrown into the Thatcher Woods Forest Preserve and that it was
thrown away in a bad spot. ANGELO LAPIETRA then said "you're never
to old to work like JB." JB stood for JOE BATTERS a nickname used
by ACCARDO. The Source understood this reference to mean that
ACCARDO, nicknamed "JB" was involved in the homicide of GIANCANA.
