ALL the 3 strikes penalty refers to is 3 felonies mandates a harsher penalty. The penalty is based on the crime. Ie he gets done on a felony that typically carries a 5 year sentence, he might get 8.

A life sentence is completely dependent on the crime committed.

Balsamo just went away for his third time on federal charges and didn’t get automatic life.

Damn, he’s not that old.

Someone like Ronnie is not going to have a difficult time earning assuming his health doesn’t impede that, which it seems like it might.

Ronnie was a huge earner, thats for sure. Wait until he returns to Howard Beach and finds out who left the neighborhood and what moved in. He will want to go back to prison.

Are you getting him confused with someone else? He went in only 7 years ago.

Most of the guys who got locked up in the case with him, Padavona, Palmaccio, Festa etc have all been released

He has been battling cancer for a few years. If they are letting him out 2-3 years early he must have it pretty bad
