I tend to think guys like that wouldn't have much to do with a Carparelli type.
Honestly, I don't even know. You don't see them mentioned in the news or in court documents, but Patrick has said guys like Fratto and Spina have been seen with Carparelli in public, so I guess that gives you an idea depending on how much you value those two's influence (and I think Rudy is a bigger deal than a lot of people credit him with).
Paulie is an interesting case. Some top guys associate with him and others in the DeLaurentis crew stay a mile away. I think it’s very possible he is made. I would disagree with Scott B on when he was made. I don’t think he was made by Sarno. I think it happened right before he went to jail or when he got out. In regards to Rudy, I have heard from street guys, not made but associates, that have described Rudy as the top guy now. Now that could be Rudy telling people he’s the top guy when it’s not true or it could mean he is actually the top guy. Considering he is one of the last verifiable made guys still on the street or alive, would lean toward him being the top guy.

I really dont understand this POV to begin with, these are street guys for the most part at the heart of it all lol.

Another factoid on DiSilvestro - his brother Serge DiSilvestro owned and ran the Park N' Jet, an O'Hare Airport parking lot. You can imagine that would be quite lucrative and likely quite a contract to get hold of.

It's insane that he still owns a gas station near DePaul Campus - I imagine that is big money.

On Posner, I would wager he is one of the wealthiest guys around LCN today - especially the non-Italians. I have a great old photo of him and his father 'Pee Pee' Posner who was a strong arm for Leonard Yaras and a union delegate.
Recent photo of Frank Milito's former partner Renato 'Ray' Disilvestro, who lives in Las Vegas.

Disilvestro just died two weeks ago. I forgot to post the obituary a couple of weeks ago. He did an interview a couple of years ago and was in a wheelchair. See links below for the video of the interview and of his obituary

I have reliable information that says he was sent Vegas in the early 90s to assist the Outfit with running the rackets that were left there. He moved there after retiring from the Chicago police department.
Great post and video - you gotta be soft pal. Classic line. I do wonder if Renato DiSilvestro associated with Stephen Carracappa and Ray Eppolito the infamous 'Mob Cops' - I've always thought hits done by police in uniform certainly happened in Chicago given how many Outfit guys were part of law enforcement (even Frank Milito was in law enforcement).

Here is an older photo of DiSilvestro in his prime.

I don't think we know enough to make that decision. We don't even know for certain if he is made

Do you guys think Paulie Carparelli will be appointed CAPO eventually within the next 5 years?

I saw that SuperMax thread a few days ago when I was watching documentaries and googling around about the place. This part especially stuck out to me, he's talking about Terry Nichols:
Terry is a cry baby bitch and everyone hates his guts. He is in the K-B lifer unit and was punched in the face by an elderly mobster before I left.
Elderly mobster? :?

By the way this is the guy in the AMA. Eric King, superwoke Antifa terrorist prick. I suppose one of you could ask him who the "elderly mobster" was. :)

NorthBuffalo wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 11:35 am Very informative on Admax - he's asked if he knew Lombardo or Marcello and thought they were not there any more - however Marcello is still listed as being in there: https://www.reddit.com/r/AMA/comments/1 ... on_ask_me/
Glad you caught that thread, I saw it as well. Hearing that guy describe the conditions in there was one of the things that made me question why Marcello is still there. It's intended for immediate threats or guys who are only there for a short time.
So where would Marcello be right now if he's not there? What are your guesses?
I have some court docs that state his attorneys wanted him to be transferred to Oxford (WI) or Terre Haute (IN). This was when he was at Atwater and before he even ended up at Admax. There is also surprisingly little documentation concerning the transfer to Admax, even from Marcello's camp.
Thanks for looking into it. Definitely more to this than what is publicly known.
