There is a listing on Find a Grave for a Pasquale Conte who died in 2017 and was buried in New York. The lighting in the photograph is quite poor so you may have to click on the image to make it out properly:

I think there's a good chance that this is the same Patsy Conte. First, his year of birth (1925) lines up with the Gambino captain. Here is Conte's date of birth from the
25 Years After Valachi US Senate report:

Secondly, the FBI identified Conte's wife as a Mamie Gerardi. That matches the name of the spouse in the Find a Grave photograph.

Additionally, Social Security and Public Records Indexes indicate there was a Mamie Conte born in 1929 and died in 2012 (again lining up with the Find a Grave photograph) who resided in Roslyn, New York.

Checking the
25 Years After Valachi report again, the NYPD Intelligence Division, as of April 1988, listed Patsy Conte as residing at 2 Hunts Court, Roslyn, New York. Google Maps says the zip code for that address is 11576, which, along with the street address, matches details in the Public Records Index listing for Mamie Conte.

However, Jerry Capeci referred to Conte as still being alive and 94 years of age in a 2020 Gang Land News article.
Sources say [Riccardo] Cefalu, who cut a pretty dapper figure in his heyday, was a member of a crew of drug dealing Gambino gangsters under longtime capo Pasquale (Patsy) Conte when he was arrested in 1981. At the time of his death, Cefalu was essentially retired from The Life. But the sources say that like the 94-year-old Conte, he was still a Gambino member in good standing in a crew headed by a reputed capo named Domenico Acquista, 70, of Whitestone, Queens.

So it's possible the Pasquale Conte on Find a Grave is a different person, and it may just be a coincidence that he was born in 1925 and married a woman called Mamie. However, I find that difficult to believe considering the Public Records Index indicates that this Mamie Conte lived at the same address as the Gambino captain. It may be the case that Conte passed quietly without Capeci or anyone else in the media finding out about it.
