Scott’s info is way off but 50 in New England is possible. Whether or not they are active is another story . Boston has quite a few guys in there 70’s or early 80’s who are still around but no longer active

They've had 17 members die in just last just the last 15 years, so unless someone wants to believe New England had 65-70 members in 2010, or has made enough guys to keep replace those who have died, I don't think so.
