Scott, this is a vestigial feature of bulletin boards: Your sent messages remain in your outbox till the recipient(s) are online and signed in to TBHF.

I'm having issues with PM messages I reply to getting stuck in the Outbox. I currently have three. I've cleaned out my sent messages and inbox, but they are still sitting in the outbox. Any suggestions?

It might mean you have 50 PMs in the "Inbox" folder, requiring you to remove 2 of the existing older PMs so that the 2 new ones are available to you.

I have gotten 2 PMs from two different people and it says it's on "hold." What does that mean?

The fbi files are still not downloading for me. I can see others having the same issues when I read various thread(s). Is there anything I/we can do to help get this fixed? Is it a financial issue? Computer/tech issue?

I am not pointing a finger or making accusations. I'm just saying it's not working and it's frustrating. The time, effort, and money spent on some of that material-you see some great, great write-ups on here. Some are phenomenal at parsing all those files and data and posting in the main forum to give us something to talk about.

It's a bigger issue then you think. When we have these down times with no news, interesting blogs, yt chats, indictments, capeci skipping a week here, skipping a week there. Those files is what used to keep me on here when there was nothing interesting to talk about now. I'm so bored of coming here and not seeing any progress, I had to speak up.
