Whoever is that fourth general gotta be pretty nervous right about now. One general cooperating and two already killed, doesn't look good for number four.
Lots to unpack in this and it's worth noting by the time of this federation officially forming Simva had already been in custody for over a year for multiple murders and attempted murders.
If Tamouro was a general part of this federation, whose alliegence was to the Rizzuto-Sollecito group, it would appear he had jumped ships to the HA at some point since its creation. Past reports at the time of his murder, had him as the right-hand man of Montreal HA Jean-Richard Lariviere and acting as a "street boss" for certain Montreal HA. The lapresse article below also mentioned Tamouro sitting at this table where murder contracts were given.

Recently, police had considered him a "street boss" for members of the Montreal Hells Angels and suspected him of being involved in the importation of cocaine into Canada from Mexico.
According to our information, Silva and other individuals sat at a table where contracts were given within Montreal organized crime.
According to our information, Tamouro was among those sitting at this table, as was Gregory Woolley, murdered on November 17. Both men were targeted in the major ongoing investigation
Silva also joins a small list of non-Italian men who were allegedly part of this "Rizzuto family." The others being Juan Fernandez and Raynald Desjardins, although I believe Desjardins' texts to Mirarchi in 2011 discredits Fernandez's claims.
Stefano Sollecito was also recorded in 2015 that him and other OC leaders made up a "family."
From Seguin's and Thibault's Inside the Montreal Mafia book
That same year, police overheard Stefano Sollecito saying
that he and several other Quebec organized crime leaders made
up “a family.” Andrew Scoppa was not among them.
