Cooperating witnesses (Gravano, Nick Calabrese) tend to only have one as they have not contributed information over the course of several years like informants.

My only suggestion would just be to be as specific as possible in the request, and then follow-up through the FOIA Questions email citing the case number and getting even more specific with what you want. Hopefully others have better advice.

When I requested his file, not much was given. just stuff from 1979.

But he was an outer and known informer

A lot of his quoted 209 files are really juicy
