They did of course have members who spent a good deal of time in Florida, Paul Vario being an example, but I'm not aware of a standalone crew ever being based there or anywhere else outside of NYC/NJ. They had strong historic ties to LA and members visited there, the Luccheses also representing LA on the Commission, but certainly no crew there.
Bill Bonanno believed the remnants of the Birmingham Family were assigned to Gagliano after that Family voted to disband but if that's accurate it would have just been a small number of elderly members and not a "crew". We also can't be too confident that Bonanno was 100% right about the arrangement and either way the situation doesn't apply much to what you're wondering about.
