I just watched the video tragic accident but the old guy was walking in a cross walk the truck didn't see him. that genovese guys family getting a boatload of money I'd say million more. wrongfull death. Mathew Mari already took the case or his firm did im sure. he already gave the press he was a nice old man thing...

It's fuckin gnarly, I watched it just now. Less blood than I expected though. I give it 2.5 stars out of 4 (same 4-star scale that Roger Ebert used for movies).
