Yeah he was identified as a captain in Balsamo's sentencing memo.

Thanks for posting. Hopefully we find out some more about is christmas event. Was Barney in attendance? Either way I hope it was worth 4 months in the can for Celso. Teddy got his latest life on installment invoice it seems. Up for release in 2025. How long will that last?

No surprise Hippy is a capo now. He’s been close with Barney’s crew for a long time. It’s crazy how tightly knit that whole Bronx/Uptown crew is.

So you'd assume a separate crew or replaced officially.

Last I recall, he was identified as a soldier in court documents in 2010.
