He killed at least 30 people including DeMeo. But the contract killers aren't serial killers because they made it for money while a serial killer is a psyco that can't stop killing.
Well imo contract killer is still serial killer, he is just doing it for other benefits like money and power while someone else would do it for sexual benefit.
Psychopath is someone with lack of empathy,guilt and remorse. Often paired with manipulative behavior and narcissism, i think a lot of mob guys fit in the role.
