Yeah, I was on his podcast a few months ago and he sent me copies of the eboli materials. Interesting stuff.

How does that work with the advance? You have to earn it back before you get royalties ? Do they give you good percent of the books ?

Thanks. Thought it would take at least 6-8 months to get a bite, but the publisher came back with an offer within a month. Same publisher as Garden State and Hitmen.

Yeah. Actually heading out in a few min for a tour this morning. We have three tours today; our other tour guide is doing the other two.
