Lovaglio testified when he came home in 2011 that Mancuso was the official boss in prison, Bosco was the acting boss, and Badalamenti was consigliere. He says after Badalamenti got arrested someone told him Badalamenti wasn't the consigliere and Anthony Rabito was. He also said DiFiore replaced Bosco as acting boss. (John Pennisi has also said he knew Bosco ended up shelved but didn't know the reason).
Thomas Carrube testified about the split that occured in the family after Lovaglio was taken off the street and kind of picks up the story. He also said he knew Badalamenti to be a former consigliere but said during the split with the Cammarano and Zancocchio faction that he (Badalamenti) had no rank at the time.
