In each case there’s no many variables that any discussion is pretty much pointless. The only thing I would bet on is that DeSantis assumes Vic’s position once he passes away.
With other outfits, and contrary to what people say, especially the Gams, the power is super spread out and there’s a lot of factions that have to be appeased and internal stuff that we have no access to. And it’s a rarity anyway that the most accomplished and maverick guy gets promoted to a high position - both in civilian life and in the mob.
