And I would like to add that Borello would be dead if this were the 70's, 80's or 90's LCN. Young punk who runs his mouth. But who am I kidding? So many other guys would have a negative pulse too.

He only gets info from ONE made guy according to him.

The prosecutors probably give a few nuggets and quotes for attribution

LE probably plants somes misinformation and some attributed quoptes that are true.

Associates to some degree talk to him

I still maintain that most of the "sources" are criminal defense attorneys

I think Borello is boring too but Capeci is a crime reporter. If these guys aren't in court then Jerry has nothing to write about. The sad state of LCN in New York reflects in the weak articles in Gangland News.
