In terms of value, the W Caldwell house is assessed at ~$500,000 and the Toms River appt is ~$220,000.

Maybe I’m used to California prices but that seems pretty good.

He used to live at 952 Franklin Ave, Newark, NJ; this is right across from the Stephen Crane public housing village.
I always wondering why people would want a housing project named after them

chin_gigante wrote: Thu Mar 09, 2023 4:39 pm Fazzini was first proposed for membership in the 1990s by Peter Caprio until he found out he was making bets with bookmakers and not paying (specifically Daniel D'Ambrosia and Vito Alberti). Caprio then chased him but Fazzini was worried that he might be killed. Caprio testified that Fazzini was then telling people on the street that nothing better happen to him because his brother was a cop.

All this would worry me about making a guy into the family. Especially the last sentence. A guy you want to propose for membership threatens to run to the police....

I also believe Big Lou grew up actually in the City of Newark in a tough neighborhood and I believe he has a shore house in Toms River for summers just like Scoops.

Why do Jersey people sometimes lump Tom's River into being a part of the Shore and refer to people summering in Tom's River? Seems a little ...generous? lol.

Respectfully asking - it's over 5 miles inland and while I'm not super familiar with too much south of Manalapan basically, I know that to get to Shore points from Tom's River you have to drive at least 20 minutes on a good day.
Toms River Township is both oceanfront and bayfront for miles, it’s absolutely huge as it goes from the ocean all the way to miles west of the parkway. Toms River Township includes Normandy Beach, Ortley Beach , Silverton, Chadwick Beach, Silver Beach , Monterey Beach , half of Pelican Island and Ocean Beach. You must have been in the section of Toms River west of the Parkway I’m assuming.

Big Lou lives in Caldwell or West Caldwell now these days, I can’t remember off the top of my head but he does well, is an earner. His wife does well too financially.
Yup, you’re right. He lives at 18 Sanford Ave, West Caldwell, NJ. His wife is a senior mortgage processor and a notary public.

Their summer home is at 604 Green View Way, Toms River, NJ.
