I think Bill was inducted around 1980 so he was young. 31 32. He was a big earner and tough capable guy according to Scarpa. He had his hands in alot of shit in the 80tys. I think he was in little Allie boys crew but when he went to jail in 1985 its a guess. He became a capo in 88

That's weird because Bill Cutolo's ghost (dressed in black shirt and white tie) told me he's happy his son is living a healthy life away from the violent treachery of the Colombo Family.

Didn’t someone else once accuse him of strutting around like a peacock or something? Right before he was killed maybe?

That’s great. Thanks for sharing. Guy was a big player at a young age.

It's from an investigation into a corrupt FBI agent named "Joe the Fed" Stabile who worked with the Colombo and Lucchese Families in the 1970s. Bill Cutolo was a liaison with him and he allegedly helped out Colombo members/associates with legal trouble before getting transferred to Boston (no FBI corruption there haha). The corrupt agent was unsurprisingly linked to Greg Scarpa by an informant/witness but Scarpa denied knowing anything about it when asked.

It was evident in the investigation that Cutolo was already a violent killer and identified as a Colombo member though we know he wasn't made yet. He looks to have been "with" George Tropiano at the time who was also involved with the agent as was Joe Lane Gentile.

This is when he was in his 20s. DiLeonardo said even when Cutolo was a captain he'd show up to sitdowns dressed like an old timey movie gangster whereas everyone else was in street wear.
