Deluccia isn't in federal custody and the last update on the New York State inmate locator has him being released a couple of years ago.

What about Dominick Deluccia, wasn't the Bonanno member the one caught up in that Bronx drug case from 2023?

You can add Bonanno member Joseph Spatola (from the 2014 LCN Bios post) to your State Prison list, he is currently in the New York system - all details are from their inmate look up tool:

DOB: 06/29/1975
Age: 49
ID: DIN:24R0207
Facility: Wyoming CF
State: NY

Eligible for parole on 03/15/2028

Ivan wrote: Wed Feb 05, 2025 11:16 am So what percentage of made guys are actually incarcerated? (Not doing that math myself, haha, just wondering if anyone could figure it roughly real quick.)
Out of the New York families it's about 5%. For context, to work this out I referred to figures quoted in an AGI article from 2021 (Paolo Borrometi, 'Mafia: Italia-America, la nuova mappa del crimine', https://www.agi.it/cronaca/news/2021-03 ... -11767557/). The author of the article quoted the following figures as coming from 'confidential documents' obtained by AGI:

Genovese - 175
Gambino - 165
Bonanno - 132
Lucchese - 121
Colombo - 90

It's more difficult to say what the percentage would be for remaining cosa nostra families and remnants across the country. I'd imagine the percentage incarcerated would still be around 5% when factoring them in.

It's a considerable descrease from a few decades ago. In 1993, the FBI calculated that 17.79% of all cosa nostra members were incarcerated:
Holy hell I was halfway kidding with that and didn't think anyone would be able to answer but you rose to the occasion and answered the question. I'm impressed. Thanks Chin!

So, about 5 percent. Here's another math question: What percent of made guys alive are rats? Comparing the living rats listed in the charts section to the family size numbers above and figuring the percentage that way, I get about 7%. Sound about right? That's actually more than I was expecting (though still a far cry from the "every mobster is a rat now" myth of course).

Always wonder in Bonanno numbers include Canada.

Do we have a number of made guys in Montreal?
Nick have a button?

As far as I'm aware there's no information out there about whether Pelullo was ever re-inducted into any family.
Got it. Thanks

Also started charting associates. By no means definitive but here's what I have so far.
