Angelo Lonardo was specifically asked about LCN involvement in Cincinnati during his senate testimony. He claimed that there wasn't any from the Cleveland family.

Cincinnati seems to have possibly had an early Camorra presence. JCB already posted the Enrico Basante thing, and Chicago-based Neapolitan Camorrista Salvatore DiGiovanni (murdered by Chicago mafioso Giuseppe Morici in 1901) had previously lived in Cincinnati/Covington.

Around 1940, Chicago member Filippo Bacino was hit with charges in Cincinnati for a major illegal liquor production/distribution ring that he apparently ran, that stretched from IL to IN, MI, and OH. Not sure who the local guys that his operation would’ve been partnered with in the Cincinnati area were.

Is there anything on Cincinnati? I know of the bootleggers and stretching into northern KY but is there more?
